Bay Ridge – 4th Avenue

I can’t recommend JAG-ONE Physical Therapy enough (actually, I have already recommended them to a co-worker!). Every employee there, from PTs and trainers to front desk staff, are not only knowledgeable and professional but are so incredibly friendly and helpful. My physical therapist (Danielle) is amazing and has been so instrumental in my progress. She is exceptional in explaining the biology of how the body heals which is something that is important to me. And she cheers me on! The trainers all work together so well. They keep all the clients moving like a well-oiled machine so there is no waiting in between exercises. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable regarding insurance/billing and are so friendly and accommodating no matter how many times I need to change my appointment time. What I love the best about Jag-One (at least the location I go to on Fourth Avenue in Bay Ridge) is that it has a good vibe. You can tell that everyone there genuinely enjoys being there and working with each other and their clients. I can’t believe I was dreading physical therapy before I went here. I highly recommend them!

From top to bottom excellent customer service. The physical therapists pay very close attention to the injuries and design custom plans in order to get you back to 100%. The physical therapist assistants are all very knowledgeable and take time to listen and help you ensure you’re doing the exercises correctly in order to make the recovery process that much easier. The receptionists at the front make it easy to make appointments as well as keep you up-to-date when you were going to need a new referral. The office manager is very kind and understanding and has vast knowledge of working with all different insurance companies to ensure you’re getting the coverage you need to recover from your injury making you able to concentrate on physical therapy rather than worrying about the paperwork.
