Anthony Costanzo

PT, DPT

Anthony graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware Physical Therapy Program which is recognized as one of the top Physical Therapy programs in the nation. Here, he learned directly from world-class researchers in ACL, Achilles, tendinopathy, and spine related rehab. Prior to earning his doctorate, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. He also earned his Master of Science in Anatomy and Clinical Health Sciences while attending Physical Therapy school. While earning his doctorate, he served on his class executive board as a fundraising co-chair, helping raise funds for the Foundation for Physical Therapy Research- Marquette Challenge, which provides researchers with grants and funds to continue to advance the field of Physical Therapy. Anthony enjoys treating patients of all ages, and creates a fun and energetic atmosphere in the clinic. He has experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric diagnoses, including concussions, idiopathic toe-walkers, Parkinson’s, and ALS. His passion lies with treating adolescent athletes, as well as the cervical and lumbar spine. He also maintains his love for sports by being involved as a baseball coach during his free time. He loves staying active with participation in recreational sports, relaxing on the beach, and watching baseball.

Just started working with Anthony and the team after rotator cuff repair. Being a former fitness professional, I understand how important it is to have the right physical therapist. Prior to scheduling an appointment I went in to talk with Anthony and see the facility. I'm a few visits into my therapy and I'm extremely confident in his ability to help me rehab my shoulder. The support staff is also extremely helpful and full of positive energy.

What an awesome place to get PT! Staff starting with Richie are super knowledgeable and you can tell they really care about each and every patient. They are outgoing, great to talk to, and results oriented. I was in a large amount of pain and discomfort when I started with Richie and after several weeks I saw really amazing improvement. Another shout out to my friend Shine at front desk who helped me figure out my Healthcare provider had made a mistake in my coverage that was quickly corrected. Even the music Playlists playing while you work out are on point. Can't really say enough about what a great place this is, so I will stop trying.

I have been to physical therapy before and I can't compare the quality of care that Ashley provides for me at JAG ONE in WyckoffAshley tailor fit the therapy to fit my unique disability. She puts her heart into her work and I have much respect for her knowledge. I started coming here when I broke my humerus bone. The healing process thankfully went very smoothly and I was able to recover quickly. I came 3x a week and spent hours with Ashley and her PT assistant Erin. Ashley is very knowledgeable and knew when to push and how much. Ashley and Erin always made me feel extremely comfortable and focused on recovery. Couldn’t have done it without them!

After many different therapy trials which did not help my condition I was referred to JAG-ONE – what a difference!
