Had a fantastic experience at the JAG-ONE location in Bridgewater, NJ. The entire staff is knowledgeable, courteous, engaging, and very friendly. The receptionist is really nice, always smiling, and scheduled every appointment accommodating my difficult schedule. And the physical therapists had me walking normally from major ankle surgery sooner than my physician expected (9 visits!). I can’t say enough about JAG-ONE-Bridgewater, they are simply the best! -Vince P.

The care I received at this location is stellar. Dave designed a regimen to suit my individual problem….. and it worked! The stretches I was doing were adjusted as I regained mobility. Tyler is a master at insuring that my form is correct so that I benefit from each stretch. They are extremely kind, professional and fun! Dave always explains and shows visuals of what muscle a stretch targets and why it’s beneficial. They don’t just run through “textbook” programs, they truly spend time with each patient, asking pertinent questions and factoring in the patient’s desires as well. Jenn is front desk and has been awesome at making sure I have appointments to fit my schedule and keeps track of my insurance allotment. She is very pleasant…. something you don’t often see when entering an establishment. Forget the other franchises….. if you want results from a compassionate team…. choose JAG-ONE Bridgewater! -Carla C.
