James Rushmore

PT

James attended Boston University’s Sergeant College graduating in 1978. He has been providing outpatient physical therapy services, focusing on his interests in the areas of sports physical therapy, Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Industrial Physical Therapy, Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE), Balance and Vestibular Therapy, Concussion Management, Post-Operative Total Joint Rehabilitation, and Neurological Rehabilitation. With over 40 years of experience, Jim has kept abreast with current practices through continued education in many areas of interest including manual therapy, FCE, vestibular therapy, balance and concussion management. Jim is married to his wife Colleen who is also a physical therapist. They reside in South Jersey and have 3 adult children!

Heather Fisch

PT, DPT

Heather Fisch graduated with a Bachelor of Science of Exercise Science from Hofstra University in 2014 and then went on to Drexel University to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has previously worked in a multi-disciplinary setting with PT, OT, chiropractic, acupuncture, and pain management MD’s. Heather also has experience in an Acute Care/Inpatient Hospital setting and an Acute Care/Inpatient Rehab setting. Heather’s favorite population to treat is the middle-aged athletic population, however she does truly enjoy working with all ages and populations. When not at work, Heather enjoys spending time with family, friends, her boyfriend, exploring the city of Philadelphia and spending time in Rittenhouse Park in Philadelphia. She also enjoys watching the NY Giants and the NY Yankees!

The staff are very pleasant and cordial. James Rushmore is an excellent PT. He is friendly, answers all my questions and concerns and, mostly, I feel much better after every session. I would definitely recommend using this JAG-ONE PT facility.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you are scheduled and no one else is there you get great service and attention. If they have lots of people scheduled you might go a couple minutes without attention until they get back to you. They are very flexible and easy to change your appointment if you need to.

I have been seeing Brian and Paul for a few weeks now for my back/pelvic pain from pregnancy. They have been the sweetest every visit, listened to my concerns, and have helped me move without the pains I was having. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and making progress. I also have to mention Kevin, at the front desk who makes appointments ,is so sweet as well.. all three make me not dread going to physical therapy. I can’t recommend enough!

I've been seeing both Bryan and James for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I've been suffering from pain for over 7 years, and they both independently identified the root cause to my pain. My rehabilitation plan was made uniquely for my situation, and I can tell how much they both care about my well-being. After being reluctant to start physical therapy after numerous underwhelming experiences, I'm so happy I gave it one more chance. For once I'm actually on the road to recovery thanks to the individual approaches by Bryan and James. The front desk staff has been so professional and friendly as well!

Excellent PT. Michael Cascio's program he's designed for me has begun to work already. He's adding more exercises as we go, with a well intended plan in mind. He really knows what he's doing. I've got a lot of confidence in Michael. So glad he's my physical therapist.

The help I received at this facility was amazing and I felt like my therapist actually cared. Paul Hughes alone was the reason I continued to make the effort to come out for therapy during the pandemic as well as in the middle of preparing for a move cross-country. This review is long over due, but nonetheless better late then never. I really appreciate the help I received here and if I ever moved back to Jersey I would definitely return.
